Hello! Welcome to Burlington Public Library’s teen book subscription box, the YA Lit Kit. As part of this free monthly program, you are welcome to sign up to receive a book hand-selected based on your interests, along with some candy, a sticker, and a craft. To register, please reach out through email to check if there are spots open. Happy reading! 

Here’s the rundown:

1. During Spring, Kits will be ready for pick-up on March 12, April 9th, and May 14th. Stop by the circulation desk to pick yours up.

2. When you are finished, simply return the book and the box.
3. You may keep the rest of the items in your kit!
4. You will have one week to come and pick up your kit.
5. Books will be checked out to you for 3 weeks; however, to receive the next month’s kit, you MUST return the previous book and box to the library!
6. Miss a month? That’s ok we will be in touch again the following month. We will remove you from our list if you miss two pick-ups in a row. You will be welcome to register again if you want to rejoin the program.

Other things to keep in mind:

• You do not have to register each month. Once you register, you will stay on our list until you leave the program.
• We will try not to give you a book you have read already. You will not get a repeat book, but I cannot guarantee a book that is completely new to you.
• We hope you love your Lit Kit, because we love putting them together for you!
