Hello! Welcome to Burlington Public Library’s teen book subscription box, the YA Lit Kit. As part of this free monthly program, you are welcome to sign up to receive a book hand-selected based on your interests, along with some candy, a sticker, and a craft. Happy reading! Grades 5-12

Here’s the rundown:

1. Registration will be by season this year. Therefore, by signing up you are receiving a Lit Kit for September, October and November. You will sign up again in December if you want to continue with the program.
2. Lit Kit pick-ups with me on Fridays: September 13th, October 11th, and November 8th.
3. You will receive a library book based on your interests, a craft, candy, and a sticker.
4. We will hold your Lit Kit for one week for you to pick up once they are ready.
5. After 3 weeks when the book and box are due, you will return them to the library and keep the craft, candy and sticker for yourself. Also, to receive the next month’s kit, you MUST return the previous book and box to the library!

Other things to keep in mind:
->You do not have to register each month. Once you register, you will stay on our list for the fall session.
->We will try not to give you a book you have read already. You will not get a repeat book, but I cannot guarantee a book that is completely new to you.
